About

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Dr. Alexander is an expert in egg freezing and infertility treatment, with extensive research on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and recurrent pregnancy loss. Her clinical interests also include endometriosis, unexplained infertility, and fertility preservation for patients undergoing chemotherapy, working closely with oncologists to safeguard reproductive health.

Dr. Alexander is an active participant in numerous professional committees and medical associations. She has authored many articles for prestigious peer-reviewed journals, including Fertility and Sterility and the International Journal of Gynecological Cancer.
An excellent teacher and compassionate fertility specialist, Dr. Alexander has received several “Excellent Teaching Awards” from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and the Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics (APGO). She was named one of Los Angeles Magazine’s “2016 Super Doctors.” Her expertise has been featured in Los Angeles Times, Huffington Post, Redbook, Bustle, MindBodyGreen, WebMD, KTLA, and the TV series Arranged.
